The Master Chorale of Tampa Bay’s purpose is defined by its mission statement: “We are devoted, first, to making serious music, which resonates with all people; carefully prepared, joyfully presented and enthusiastically shared. Second, we reach out to all who help ensure that great music will never fall silent – educators and families; musicians and composers; arts enthusiasts. Led by Music and Artistic Director Richard Zielinski, the chorale values group singing as a genuine expression of democracy, and cherishes fine musical performance as a manifestation of the eternal act of creation, in time and in sound.”
